We are all going to die one day

Let's see if this one goes anywhere.  The image is from a pic of a baby deformed from depleted uranium.  To see the original pic, you can go here (WARNING: extremely graphic and disturbing imagery there.  Don't click on that link if you don't want to have nightmares for at least a week.) I am definitely in the minority of people that can stomach those kinds of images.  Anyway, that's just a starting point for the painting.  It's 24 x 36 inches; small.

AGAST 09

Thanks to all who came to my open studio on 10/17-10/18.  Supposedly 1,534 people came through the building that weekend.  I showed a new installation of Angel:

Hm, I hope I'm not breaking any copyright laws by posting that.  I would credit people if I knew who to credit.

I also showed The Death of a Mermaid, Bitch, Black Octagon, and a bunch of drawings.

 

After being sidetracked by show prep and some apartment issues, I'm working steadily again so posts will be more regular.  ( I hope.)  Also, Bitch and The Death of a Mermaid are currently on view at the BAG Gallery at 168 7th St in Brooklyn.
